Yarn Along

Happy Yarn Along Day

Over the summer Chase requested that I knit him a bunny. We picked out the pattern together and I started it. Then it got put in a bag and forgotten about. On Monday, he asked where his knit bunny was and did I finish it? So, I found it in a forgotten project bag and finished this cutie up for him.

He loves it and hasn't put it down since.

I finished reading The Lake House by Kate Morton. A very good read. Long, but good.

Now I need a new book!!!
Any recommendations?

Happy knitting. Joining in with Ginny at Small Things.

  3. Awww, it's adorable! Good luck finding a new read to get lost in! Some of my favorites from lately: "Burial Rites" by Hannah Kent, "Homegoing" by Yaa Gyasi and "The Things We Keep" by Sally Hepworth.

    1. I heard about Homegoing and I just put it on reserve at the library. Thanks for the other book recommendations. I'll check them out.

  4. Have you read Girl on the Train? The Nightingale? both were a nice read. I love the bunny and I'm currently reading Lake House and love sinking into the story :)

    1. I did read Girl on the Train. Haven't read The Nightingale yet and it keeps popping up in my searches and friend recommendations. I'll have to try it. Enjoy the Lake House!
