The past few weeks...

My google drive is almost full so I'm having issues backing up photos. Yay....ugh. So, here are some photos that I was able to access from the past few weeks. Lots of knitting (too much!) I think I killed my shoulder. For real....it's killing me. Need to force myself to take a break from knitting. That's not easy for me! So I have been reading more and that's been a nice change (but I really miss the knitting!!!!)

Boys are heading home for Thanksgiving and I can't wait to have a full house for a bit. Nothing better for me!

Hello, November

It's looking very much like "November" outside. We are in a drought here at the Jersey Shore. The leaves are all falling, the grass is brown, the plants are dying. We are headed toward winter every day. The clocks went back yesterday so evenings will be here earlier.

I started the Easy V sweater a week ago and I'm almost done with the body. What a fun knit. I picked the colors based on one of my Rhinebeck artwork entries. I'm really loving it. For pattern details, you can see it on my Ravelry page here. 

I made this Hippy Banana Bread with a few modifications. Left out the walnuts and swapped the cherries for cranberries (because it's what I had in my pantry). Delicious!
