What's next for knitting?

I am seaming up my sweater and will be done with it this weekend. So obviously my brain is busy planning what's next for the needles. I used to have many projects going at once but I've found since I started working full time that I like one project at a time. I don't have as much knitting time, so dedicating myself to just one project makes more sense.

So....been searching Ravelry and thought I would share some projects that are on my mind.
My knitting buddy, Joan is going to make a cardigan for her sister so she was sending me some ideas yesterday. I would love to knit a sweater with Joan again. Always fun!

Here's the first.
I really like this one. It could be dressed up, casual, open, closed...I'm picturing it in a mustard yellow color.

Minetta by Kirsten Kapur

I LOVE this shawl!!!!!! Designed by Andrea Mowry and Annie Rowden

This is a fun cowl. Love the drawstring detail and slipped stitch pattern.
Rooted by Chelsea Berkompas

Love this little cardigan.Would be nice in a linen/cotton blend for spring and summer

This big cowl/shawl is awesome
Very "Lizzie"

or this shawl.....Neverwhere by Melanie Berg

So, there's a small collection of things I would like to knit.
Now...if I just had more time and more hands.

What are you knitting or thinking of knitting?

  2. Trying to finish custom fingerless mittens with a flap and thumb out of DK for my neighbor. There have been lots of fittings. When they are finished Hugo by Amy Miller or self striping socks are calling to me. Love the Tales shawl!

  4. Everything is so pretty. I had forgotten how much I love the Heather cardigan. I have so, so many things I want to knit, but I keep looking at summer sweaters, especially lately. :)

  5. Hi there, I found your blog through Ginny's yarn along and just love the beautiful feeling here. I am compiling a list of bloggers who spin for my new pinterest page, woolmaiden. I wanted to make a pinterest page just devoted to all things woolly. If you would rather not be included, that is fine, just let me know and I will delete it. Thanks so much!
