Knitting, Knitting, Knitting

Hello friends. I just finished up a few knits and thought it would share some pictures.

First up, a custom baby set for a customer expecting her first grandchild (a boy!) Yay for boys! She asked for a classic sweater and bonnet with a blanket to match, all in a cream color.

I knit the Knit Four Baby Blanket by Purl Soho, the Henny Cardigan and the Going Home Bonnet.

All notes can be found on my Ravelry pages.

Next up and fresh off my needles is the Evina Cardigan. I'm so excited about this project for so many reasons. Mainly, I'm excited because this is one of 4 sweaters for Rhinebeck (my happy weekend) that I will be wearing with my sisters and Mom. This green version is for my sister Liz. She crocheted the squares and I knitted the rest. She's currently working on the crochet squares for mine ( you can see my yarn in the top corner of the first picture). It's a fun and quick knit (I knit it in 4 days) but that story is for another day....I swear I work. I just knit like a maniac when I'm stressed or worried and it's been a really hard summer.

I made a few changes to the pattern and you can see those notes on my ravelry project page, here.

Also, Liz will sew on her own buttons. I used my Jul buttons just for the photo.

I hope you are finding time to knit, crochet, make and do the things that make you feel like you :)
