I made this hat last night for my nephew Lucas. My son Shea and Lucas are about the same size, so this morning I asked Shea to try on the hat to see if it is the right size. He absolutely refused. So when I told him if he tried on the hat I'd give him a lollipop, my other son Brady came running over and put the hat on Shea. They both posed for pictures wearing the hat and yes they both got lollipops. Sadly the hat was too small, but I made a new one this morning. Lucas' birthday is tomorrow and hopefully the second one will fit.
